To setup the Java Control Panel Applet to view TheRockwells.net webcam, follow these simple instructions:

Click on "Start" and type in the search or run box: java and select the "Java" control panel applet or simply go to the control panel and open up the Java (32) control panel applet
Go to the "Security" tab and add the following sites as exceptions. If your Java is set on "Very High", you have to chang it to "High" and add the sites below:
